DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINERS (IBCS) AND STAINLESS STEEL INDUSTRIAL TANKS

Although there are many similarities between Intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) and Stainless steel industrial tanks, there are some distinct differences. Whether referring to large or small stainless steel tanks or IBCs, they both play a critical role in industrial applications. With the information provided, you will have an easier time distinguishing between IBCs and steel mixing tanks and storage tanks.
Similarities
1. As 100 percent reusable, both products are excellent green alternatives to plastics.
2. Both products offer maximum security and product safety.
3. Rigid IBCs and tanks made from stainless steel are strong, durable, and long lasting. Additional benefits include easy cleaning, resistance to extreme temperatures, and resistance to natural corrosion caused by chemicals and other harsh substances.
4. Intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) and stainless-steel tanks are both customizable and can be manufactured to client specific needs.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DOUBLE-CONE BLENDER AND A V-BLENDER

Choosing an industrial blender may seem easy, but in reality, there are several important factors to consider. The double-cone blender and V-blender share the same working principle of a tumble blender used for powders. However, if you select the wrong one, you could end up with a poor product quality or process inefficiencies that directly impact your business.
When looking at the solid mixing mechanism of the two, you will discover there are some similarities as well as a difference between mixing and blending action. For clarification, mixing is a process in which two or more unique materials are combined to get a homogeneous product. In comparison, blending is a much gentler process.
As for similarities between these two types of blenders, both are tumble blenders. Every time the vessel is inverted, the contents are split, and the rotation speed is adjustable to ensure the contents slide to the lower part of the vessel during rotation. Both Double cone and V blenders are used in pharmaceutical, chemical, and nutraceutical industries. However, there are also distinctive differences.
